Drawn against actual compute, reset every cycle
We don't bill on raw tokens — nobody can reason about them — and we don't bill a flat fee per task, because heavy and light models differ by an order of magnitude. Credits scale with the compute the agent actually consumes. Every task shows its exact draw in the detail view, so you can always check the math.
Scaled to the model's actual work
Credits track what the model genuinely consumed — heavy models (Opus, o-series) draw more, lighter models draw less. The exact figure is logged on every task; nothing is a black box.
Monthly cycle, no rollover
The Pro quota resets each billing cycle, counted from your subscription date. Unused credits don't carry over. If you're running past quota every month, an annual plan usually beats topping up.
Failures don't draw credits
Runtime drops, model timeouts, manual cancellations — none of these deduct from your quota. Only tasks that complete a turn and ship a result count.

What happens when Free runs out?
It pauses on that task — we never silently roll you onto Pro. You can wait for next month's reset, or upgrade.

Do unused Pro credits roll over?
They don't — credits reset monthly. If your team eats through 1,500 every month consistently, we'll reach out about an annual discount.

Can I pay annually?
Yes. Early-stage annual is 10% off — email us and we'll set it up manually. Self-serve annual ships when the billing surface lands.

Are seats really unlimited?
Yes. Per-seat pricing is the biggest reason teams don't bring everyone in. Bring whoever — including outside collaborators.
